Cancellation/Rescheduling:

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe or missing an appointment without prior notice will result in a non-refundable payment.

Service Provider Unavailability:

  • If The Cosmic Connect cannot provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the appointment will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

For Products

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:


We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  1. The product is proven synthetic by a certified gemological institute.

  2. The delivered product does not match the description provided on our website.

  3. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all accompanying certificates, invoices, packaging, and documentation.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for returns.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized products or items subjected to improper handling post-delivery are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • All gemstones sold are natural; returns or refunds are not accepted unless proven synthetic.

 

Process for Returns and Refunds

  1. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Contact us via email at info@thecosmicconnect.com or call us at 9599474758 within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order details and reason for return.

    • Include an unboxing video as proof if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  2. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  3. Inspection and Refund Timeline:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
